Cocina Fusión (II) – Fusion Cuisine (II)


Hoy os presento otro invento sencillo y muy rico:

  • Rusia: filete ruso finito (katleta) (más fino que en la foto)
  • Japón: salsa de sésamo tostado
  • Mediterráneo: piñones, orégano y aceite de oliva a la trufa

Echar bastante salsa, un montón de piñones, orégano y un toque de aceite de oliva a la trufa.

  • Russia: thin Russian style Burger (katleta) (thinner than in the picture)
  • Japan: roasted sesame sauce
  • Mediterranean: pine seeds, oregano, and white truffle olive oil

Pour generously the sauce, a spoonful of pine seeds, oregano and some olive oil.
