Hoy Toca Fabada – Today We Have “Fabada”

Con -10ºC en la calle empieza a apetecer tomar esos platos tradicionales de invierno. Hoy hemos empezado por una fabada asturiana. Quizá haya quedado algo caldosa pero el sabor es extraordinario. Qué rica… (Gracias Carrefour).

_DSC8361Having -10ºC in the Street the appetite for traditional winter dishes starts to grow. Today we have started with an Asturian “fabada” (white beans with chorizo sausage, blood sausage and some pork meat). It might have too much broth but it has an extraordinary taste. Nice!!!! (Thanks Carrefour).
