Noche de Fondue – Fondue Night

Después de la vuelta de las vacaciones, retomamos las costumbres de cenar con amigos. Anoche tocó fondue de queso con dos tipos de salchichas y plátano. De aperitivo, ventresca en aceite de oliva, anchoas y berberechos recién traídos de España. Una cena sabrosa y diferente.

¡La próxima de chocolate!

After returning from holidays, we go back to the custom of having dinner with friends. Last night we made a cheese fondue with two types of sausages and bananas. As appetizers, some tuna belly in olive oil, anchovies and cockles just brought from Spain. A tasty and different dinner.
